The Road  House:

The Roadhouse is a renovated barn that has 1150 ft.² on the second level with open living/ kitchen and a large bedroom. New carpet in bedroom, new washer/ dryer and refrigerator. Full bath and one additional small room for office or second bedroom. Balcony overlooking the horse pasture, covered parking spot and hiking trails on the property. Another insulated 600-800 ft.² in the lower level serve as additional living space (ideal as workshop or storage). 

The Farm House was built in 2004 and features over 4,000 square feet of living space. Located in a pastoral setting with in-ground pool, spa hut and summer house. Hiking trails on the property. Buff Ledge Camp is a co-operative equine community. Smoking, hunting and shooting are not allowed. 

The Little Red Cabin is the last cabin of Buff Ledge Camp. Rustic and all wood inside it features about 500 sq ft with a bedroom, living room, open kitchenette and a little room for storage or office. Ideal for a single person who likes to live on a farm, cherishes the quiet and rustic life and wants to be a part of the Buff Ledge community. The cabin has bathroom with a shower and gas heat and is rented year round.

The Lodge was built as an extension of the barn on the original footprint of the stables at Buff Ledge Camp. It is located across from The Little Red Cabin and the riding arena in the heart of the horse community. Rustic and all wood inside, it features about 1,500 sf of mostly open floor plan in a loft style, although the bedroom is separate. Ideal for a couple who would cherish to wake up to horses outside the window. The Lodge has a full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer and is rented furnished for  vacation or short term rentals.
